Blakely – Blakely Ardery is a certified, licensed esthetician who trained in Lexington. She obtained an Associate’s degree in Science at BCTC and then completed the esthetics program at Summit Salon Academy. Blakely’s personal struggles with her own skin problems led to her interest in pursuing a career helping her patients achieve the healthiest skin possible.

Darcy primarily serves as Dr. Albayti’s patient coordinator scheduling surgical procedures and addressing patient inquiries. She also frequently assists Dr. Kirn while seeing patients and helps in the front office. Darcy joined the practice in 2022.

Holly assists Dr. Kirn seeing patients and also assists him with office surgeries. Holly has more than 20 years of medical experience and joined the practice in 2012.

Rachel, our administrative assistant, is the welcoming face that greets patients at the front desk and ensures smooth communication between our patients and the practice. Her organizational skills help keep the office running efficiently. Rachel joined the practice in 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and dedication to providing exceptional patient service.

Donald, our surgical first assistant (FA), plays a key role in assisting Dr. Kirn and Dr. Al Bayati during surgeries both in the surgery center and in the office. His expertise and attention to detail help ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures. Donald joined the practice in 2024 and has since been an integral part of the surgical team.
