Additionally, reducing breast size can bring a more proportionate balance to the body’s overall silhouette. The Procedure
Like a breast lift, breast reduction involves a trade-off—smaller, lighter, and more shapely breasts come with visible scars. Dr. Kirn and Dr. Al Bayati typically use an inverted T (anchor-shaped) incision for this procedure. They often incorporate liposuction to refine the contour of the area extending from the breast along the side of the chest to the armpit, addressing any excess fullness.
